He is also the non-executive Chairman of SL Group, the listed Subsidiary of the Company. He has over 31 years of experience in the apparel industry. He led in expanding the operations from a single manufacturing unit in India. He is Ex - Defense (1978-2002).

Mr. Yashdeep Yadav, born 1988, is General Manager of the Company. He joined the Group in 2010 and is responsible for the HR, Sales and Marketing operations of SLFI. He has over 03 years of experience in the apparel industry. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University and a Post Graduate degree in HR/Marketing Management from Sing had University, Pune.

She has over Three years of experience in the apparel industry. She has played an important role in setting up our sourcing business in India by promoting SLFI. She is also the Managing Director of SL Group, the listed Subsidiary of the Company. She has been overseeing the manufacturing operations of the Group which are spread across India. She has also played an important role in streamlining business processes and enhancing relationships with leading retailers.

Mr. Neeraj Mehta, born 1984, a resident Indian, is the non-executive Vice-Chairman of the Company. He has a Bachelor of Economics and Master Business degree from PTU University, India. He has over Five years of experience in the apparel industry. He has played an important role in setting up our sourcing business in India by promoting SLFI. He was also responsible in expanding our operations in the Nepal. And is currently the Managing Director of SL Group, a subsidiary of the Company. He has led in establishing strong relationships with third-party manufacturing units and leading retailers.

Tez Singh jangid born on 12 March 1965 in Mahendergarh, Haryana. A graduate with Economics from Govt. P.G. College Mahendergarh, M.D.U. Rohtak . After completing Graduation he joined as Assistant Production Manager in Ahemdabad (Gujarat). Now he is working with SL Fashion India Pvt. Ltd, he is working as Production Manager. He has 17 yrs experience in garment lines continuously.
Mr. Balbir Singh, born 1965, is Asst .Manager (Production) of SLFI. He joined the Group in 2010 and is responsible for operation of Factory Production. He has completed his Graduation in Arts from Ajmer University.
Mr. Jitender Kumar, born 1965, is Asst .Manager (Accounts) of SLFI. He joined the Group in 2010 and is responsible for operation of Finance. He has completed his Graduation in Arts from Rajasthan University & Master Business Degree from Hisar .
