SUPERVISION AND LIASIONING DUTIES:-
  • Supervision and special checking will always be carried by our field officers to check up the performance and efficiency of security staff.
  • Our organization will have the liaison with local police and fire fighting authorities.
  • Our security personnel will have the knowledge / use of fire fighting equipments available at your site.
  • Security officers and field officers are authorized to rearrange the security personnel to improve the security arrangement.
Welcome Dress With Alertness
UNIFORMS:-
Our Security personnel will be wearing the uniform provided by us while on duty. Uniform comprises of Trouser, Shirt, Cap, Belt, Whistle, and stick only. Torch and other required things etc will be provided by you.
Regular Check Up
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITES OF SECURITY PERSONNEL:-
1. For security personnel will carry out the duties assigned to them as per           management instruction.
2. Checking of all incoming and outgoing goods and vehicles.
3. Personnel and physical search of employees/visitors if required.
4. Controlling movements of visitors and workers.
5. Confidential reporting to the management regarding activities prejudicial to its     interest.
6. Conducting surprise checks and rounds to create fear in the mind of thieves and     intruders.
7. Any other work related to security arrangement assigned by management in     writing.

ENGAGEMENT AND MONITORY RELATION WITH EMPLOYEES:-
You will not employ any of our employees direct or indirect without our written consent if done so than payment of compensation to us equivalent to his two month salary with all taxes. None of our security personnel shall be paid any money by you as advance or loan etc. If done so, it will be at your risk and responsibility.
Proper Training
ENGAGEMENT AND MONITORY RELATION WITH EMPLOYEES:-
Healthy, Smart and educated candidates are selected on the merit basis. Training is imparted to every security personnel. Stress is laid on turnout, physical fitness, and knowledge of fire fighting equipments, safety, first- aid and security and intelligence network. They are posted in parallel with experienced guards to gain further experience and confidence on job.
CORRECTIVE AND REMIDIAL ACTIONS :-
All shortcoming and irregularities are reported every day and prompt action is taken to ratify them. Our control room, mobile reaction force and all field officers are well knit and able to reach anywhere, any time if required.
